An exciting trip designed for fly fishers who have an interest in western history, particularly, the very colorful fur trade era in the Rocky Mountains. The package is also popular with fly fishers whose significant other does not share the same passion for fishing, but wants to go along and enjoy pristine outdoor beauty, maybe take some great nature photos and participate in the re-enactment of western history. Fly fishers can choose between floating the famous Upper Green River on a drift boat, wade fish on private lease streams which produce wonderful, wild cutthroat trout or fly fish from a float tube on high mountain lakes. Participants will enjoy a visit to the Museum of the Mountain Man and attend Wyoming's oldest and most popular historical pageant, The Green River Rendezvous.

Included in the package, designed for two, are a day of superb fly fishing with an expert guide, (you choose the type), guided visit to the Museum of the Mountain Man, attendance at the Rendezvous Community Breakfast, participation in The Green River Rendezvous Pageant and four nights lodging.

Day 1: Arrive Pinedale, Wyoming

• Check into lodging
• Visit Two Rivers Emporium (Orvis shop, pickup license, flies, etc)

Day 2: Fly Fishing Activity - Guided (your choice, lunch included) then Return to lodging

Days 3 & 4: Rendezvous - Guided

• Community Breakfast, Parade, Visit Museum of the Mountain Man and attend Rendezvous Pageant
• Return to lodging

Day 5: Depart Pinedale

Cost: $1,295 (two individuals, double occupancy) Tax, gratuity, equipment rental such as fishing gear, float tubes, license, flies, etc. are extra. A fifty-percent deposit is required to secure reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A 45-day cancellation notice is required for deposit refund less $100 non-refundable administration fee.

Trip dates: Second Weekend in July, Annually (Days 1 through 5 are Thursday - Monday)
